 Adhesive coated XLPE Foam

 Since foam come in various thicknesses, Rates of any adhesive coated foam are A: Rs./ per mm per Square meter + B: Rs.75/- per sq mtr of adhesive coating so the final product will cost:  A + B = final Rate of foam per square mtr

We do adhesive coating on all types of foam ranging from EPE, XLPE, EVA-CAPCEL, and NBR. 

Our adhesives are ROHS compliant and have very high tack and bonding   strength. 

We do Water- Based, Solvent - Based and Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive coating on many other  surfaces like fabric, paper, and other single sided treated      surfaces. 

We do foam coating in roll as well as sheet form.

Our adhesive coated foam comes in various sizes and thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 30 mm depending on the type of foam

Our  adhesive coated foam is used in inner foam lining for trucks for sound  proofing and insulation against weather. Such foam is supplied in full      widths of 1200 mm and lengths varying depending on the thickness of the      foam used. 

We  also do adhesive coating on release liners and can provide in log roll      form for cold lamination, 

Our maximum working width is 1300 mm, we can also work in 1200 mm , 1050 mm, 1000 mm widths as per requirement of customer
